Our first day in Utah
We first stopped at Red Canyon. This is near Bryce Canyon National Park.
Then we went to Cedar Breaks National Monument. It was 56 degrees up there at over 10,000' elevation. Just beautiful! You can click on the photos to enlarge them.

We're rolling
Change of plans. Can't go north on I-15. Heading south and east to Williams AZ for the night. On to Bryce tomorrow.
Waiting in Las Vegas
We were supposed to leave this morning to head to Utah but I-15 to the north was washed out yesterday so we don't know what we're going to do today.

Introducing Dolly
This is Dolly, our new greyhound girlie. We adopted her from Greyhound Pets of Arizona. She will be 4 in November. She raced in Texas and also Arizona.
The start of a 28 day rally
Tomorrow we start on a 28 day motorhome rally visiting 8 different National Parks in Utah, Colorado, New Mexico and Arizona. It should be a fabulous rally!
When we left Arizona yesterday, it was tearful as we were leaving without our precious greyhound, Baron, who died from cancer on July 19. He had been with us visiting 40 states in the last 7 years.
We adopted another girl, Dolly, and we hope that she will be as much of a greyhound ambassador as he was. Marquis is adapting well to her new roomie. So, now we have two girls. Dolly is not quite 4 and Marquis was 10 in March.
